Prof. Yiqing Zhou

Biography

Yiqing Zhou is a researcher and doctoral supervisor of Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a senior member of IEEE. He is deputy director of the Wireless Communication Technology Research Center of Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include broadband wireless communication technology, including communication and computing convergence, heterogeneous networks, collaborative transmission, green radio, etc. He has presided over and undertaken many projects of the National Foundation of China, National Major Science and Technology Projects, major projects of Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Knowledge Innovation Project of the Academy of Sciences, etc. The research results won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award in 2011 and the second prize of Electronic Information Science and Technology of Chinese Society of Electronics in 2012. He has published more than 150 papers in international and domestic well-known journals and conferences, completed one Chinese book, three English chapters, and applied for three American patents. As an Associate/Guest Editor of several internationally renowned journals, he was awarded the IEEE TVT Journal Editor of the Year in 2014, ETT Journal Editor of the Year in 2017, and China Communications and Telecommunication Science Journal Editor of the Year in 2019.
