Biography

Fuqiang Liu, Professor and doctoral supervisor, School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Tongji University. He is an outstanding academic leader in Shanghai, a visiting scholar of DAAD, Germany, Deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Embedded Systems and Service Computing, Ministry of Education, Visiting Professor of National Institute of Information Science, Japan, visiting researcher of Shanghai Institute for Advanced Studies, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has undertaken and completed 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 973 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, 6 863 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology (theme 863, target oriented 863, etc.), 2 key international cooperation projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, 5 national major special projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 1 Silicon Valley Fund of the United States, 3 key science and technology research projects of Shanghai, and more than 20 other provincial and ministerial level and national levels International cooperative research projects. It has won 14 provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards, won the First Prize of Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Progress Award in 2018, obtained more than 40 national invention patents, formulated and submitted 12 national and local standards, published more than 300 papers and 9 books and textbooks.
